Donna Marzia 2011 Negramaro Salento IGT
This 100 % Negramaro from Puglia is aged for 12 months in large oak barrels. Fresh red berry fruit with hints of spice abound on the nose whilst the palate is soft and fruity. It is with excellent structure and capable of ageing for a further 3-5 years. Personality: rich,intense; loves to meet: grilled red meats and ripe cheeses.

The Pinot Grigio produced at the Pra' Longo estate in Monastier di Treviso, is rich and full, with lots of pure citrus flavours and a hint of red berry fruit. It is cool-fermented and given six months of lees contact, with battonage twice a week. This gives it its perfect combination of rich texture and freshness. It is one of the best on the market.
