Donna Marzia 2011 Negramaro Salento IGT
This 100 % Negramaro from Puglia is aged for 12 months in large oak barrels. Fresh red berry fruit with hints of spice abound on the nose whilst the palate is soft and fruity. It is with excellent structure and capable of ageing for a further 3-5 years. Personality: rich,intense; loves to meet: grilled red meats and ripe cheeses.

A very fruity, dry white wine. An intense floral aroma leads to a beautifully refreshing,clean crispness on the palate. Best served as an aperitif with appetizers or seafood.
From the 'home' of Malbec in SW France, with a delicious dark fruit character and drinking well now, the tannins of this lovely example from Cahors mean that it will also age well and you may prefer it after decanting.
This IGT Salento Primitivo is a serious wine, which spends 12 months in 3,000 litre oak barrels. It is approachable, full-bodied with sweet spices and rich texture. Perfect with red meats and stews.
Crisp, fresh and light-bodied, there is a slight citrussy note to this very appealing, young and unoaked Chardonnay.
